1. Scope of Services: Bid2Cars acts as a vehicle purchase advisory and logistics facilitator. We do not own or sell vehicles directly. Instead, we provide guidance and broker services to connect clients with licensed dealers for the acquisition of vehicles through auctions or direct sales.
2. No Dealer Representation: Bid2Cars is not a licensed car dealer and does not operate as a reseller. We do not represent ourselves as the seller of any vehicle. All transactions are conducted between the client and a licensed third-party dealer. Bid2Cars charges a service fee for consultation, search, vehicle validation, and logistical coordination.
3. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and documentation for the vehicle search, purchase process, and shipment. Clients must ensure timely payment for all services, vehicle purchases, and shipping fees as agreed.
4. Fees and Payments: All service fees are clearly communicated before any engagement. Payments for services rendered to Bid2Cars are separate from payments made to the licensed dealer for the vehicle. Bid2Cars accepts payments via Stripe, Zelle, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
5. Refund Policy: Service fees charged by Bid2Cars are non-refundable once services have been initiated (e.g., vehicle search or bidding). Any refund requests must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Third-Party Dealers and Auction Platforms: Bid2Cars works in collaboration with licensed dealers who have access to auction platforms such as Copart, IAAI, and Manheim. Bid2Cars is not responsible for the final sale terms, conditions, or vehicle conditions posted on these platforms. Clients are encouraged to review all auction terms and vehicle reports before proceeding with a bid.
7. Vehicle Condition and Liability: Vehicles purchased through auction or direct sale are sold “as is” without warranty. Bid2Cars does not inspect vehicles physically and is not liable for any mechanical, cosmetic, or legal issues post-purchase. Clients assume all risk related to the vehicle once it is acquired.
8. Logistics and Delivery: Bid2Cars offers coordination for transport and shipping services through trusted third-party logistics providers. While we make every effort to ensure timely and safe delivery, we are not liable for delays, damages, or losses during transit.
9. Data Privacy: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such data collection and use.
10. Modifications to Terms: Bid2Cars reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Miami-Dade County courts.
