1. Right to Cancel Advisory Services
If at any point before the vehicle is purchased, you decide to cancel our advisory service, you may request a full refund, provided there is:
- A valid and reasonable cause, and
- Written justification of the dissatisfaction or request, submitted via email or contact form.
We are open to resolving any issues that may arise, but we also respect your decision to discontinue the service if it does not align with your expectations.
2. Instant Refund Guarantee
If the cancellation request meets the conditions above, we guarantee:
- A 100% refund of the advisory fee paid.
- The refund will be processed through the same payment method used in the original transaction.
- Processing time: 1 to 3 business days (depending on your bank or provider).
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not apply if:
- The vehicle purchase has already been completed through the licensed dealer.
- A significant portion of the advisory service has already been delivered (e.g., full search, verification, and bidding).
- The cancellation is based on subjective dissatisfaction without concrete reasoning.
However, we will always review each case individually and aim to be as fair and understanding as possible.
