Once we receive your responses, our advisors will review your case and determine the best course of action. If further clarification is needed, we will reach out via email or WhatsApp to schedule a quick call or continue the conversation digitally.

3. Process Kick-Off (24–72 hours)

Depending on the complexity of your case and the clarity of the provided information, we’ll begin the search, validation, and strategy planning. This phase includes identifying vehicles, preparing auction access (if applicable), and outlining your recommended next steps.
